Shipping Policy

We have strict quality control systems which sees our team cup and score every roast every day. All coffee must meet these high standards, or it will not be dispatched. Because of this, we do not expect returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at Coffeesales@Kijsco.com

Return & Exchange Policy

 If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please contact us at Coffeesales@kijsco.com with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return. Please return the goods within 14 day to BUCOFI and receive a store credit or request a refund. Please note:

  • We will not cover the return shipping charges.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All refunds for online purchases are processed through the online store to the bank account of the purchases.
